1.  Submit Job Description
You send us your job description and immediately your dedicated account manager will use their experience to refine your advertisement, so that it is fully optimised for all the job boards and social media in our network. This ensures your job opportunity is seen first by the best people.

2.  Post & Advertise the Job
We will submit the job to the most relevant job sites for up to 28 days, using wellknown jobsites, CV-Library etc,  and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.  We use our years of knowledge and experience to only post jobs on websites that will work best for you.

3.  CV's and applications received
We will handle all of the administration involved in receiving applications from interested candidates, saving the you lots of administration time. Choose between receiving all applications, or use our unique filtering service (at no extra charge) which will carefully select only the highest-quality CVs for you to consider.

4.  Select, Interview, Hire
The Client then chooses from the applications and interviews the candidates themselves and hires who they want for the job.  Simple!
